The location was perfect - situated in a charming neighborhood that felt like a real part of the city. It was easy to get around, either by walking or taking the nearby tram. The staff, particularly Simone, were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with spotless bathrooms. I especially loved the attention to detail in the room, such as the comfortable bed and the addition of a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the surroundings. The basic and healthy breakfast provided was a great start to my mornings.

Secondly, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail, from the spotless bathrooms to the comfortable beds, was truly commendable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance of the Auditorium della Musica, which was perfect for me as I was attending an event there. Additionally, there were nice cafes and a bar nearby for convenience. this hotel offered great value for money with its excellent service, attention to detail, and convenient location.

During my Xmas trip, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the modern bathroom of my room. the location was perfect, being just a short walk away from public transportation that provided easy access to all the major attractions.

The heating system was problematic and stopped after 11 pm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably in the cold nights.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a detailed map of the city and showing us the best places to visit. The room was very clean and comfy, with a good quality bed and a superb shower. The location was fantastic, in a quiet residential area, close to a train station with easy access to the city centre, and plenty of shops and cafes nearby.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it quite hot during our stay. Also, the street outside could be a bit noisy, particularly when we wanted to keep the windows open for some fresh air. Lastly, the bathroom was not en-suite, and we had to walk across the hallway to use it.
